When I inhale i feel this sharp pain in my heart and starts hurting alot. The more deeper I inhale it starts to hurt even more. By the way I dont smoke or do any drugs. It happens often.

I would definitely have this checked out and fast. It sounds like an infection in the plural of the heart not pleurisy, although sometimes it could radiate. What you need is a doctor to take X-rays and MRI's to see what's going on in there, fast.

No, probably not. Pleuritic pain is felt lower and more anterior, I have had it before and it's not focused that much to midline.
If it bothers you that often, you need to go to a general doctor or internist and discuss your options with him/her. It could be any number of things that run the gamut, so don't speculate or get scared until you're well into testing.

I have had pleurisy 2 times. The pain should be in your lungs but could be on your left side where your left lung is. I would go to my Doctor ASAP. Whatever it is, it needs to be examined further.
