i work with this guy that i really like. I'm with him pretty much every day, and often spend my entire day working closely with him. we talk and joke. he's really cool, and he seems to prefer MY company to that of our other coworkers. he has contacted me outside of work via online social network, and once asked if i'd like to get a bite to eat after work. though he has a ginuine interest in me, im sure its only as a FRIEND and not a potential GF. How can i make him take a second look?

I would be straight up with this guy. Go out to that bite to eat and talk and joke with him. Be yourself and have fun. That is considered a date if a guy wants to take you for a bite to eat. He is wanting to know you more than just being at work. He wants to know you on a personl level. Make sure on your sate that you are honest with him and don't be shy. Shy girls are hard to figure out and trust me, guys don't like to figure things out. They want that girlfriend who they can talk freely with and not worry. If all else, tell him how you feel. Guys aren't like girls, they aren't going to DISLIKE it. They will be chatting to there buddys and saying HECK YEAH, that chick digs me. But go on a date and his focus won't even be his buddys or his coworkers!

Don't date someone that you work with. It isn't worth it in the long run. You end up hating that you can't be close to him because you don't want the whole office to find out that you are with him.

If you decided to go for it, be careful because some offices don't allow relationship within the office.
