It depends on the severity of pain, as a pain killer they're just barely border line toothache headache and any mild pain, now because the governments started to screw the fund holding clinics more and more doctors are virtually lying to their patients about the damage to their health by using strong pain killers, it's all down to finance as Paracetamol cost about £2.50 per tonne, we now have a situation where the whole of England are walking around all day eating prescribed Paracetamol, information from my niece who is a Pharmacist. Always drink plenty of water when taking pain killers.

Yes and take no more than 8 in a 24 hour period as if you overdose it can seriously damage your liver

Yes it is considered a pain medication. It is the same as tylenol.

Yes. They are just acetominophen, which is Tylenol, which is sold everywhere over the counter. :)
