If weight training, go for more repetition with lighter weights over heavy weight with few reps. Vary your workouts. Bench press holding the bar at different distances, push ups etc.
Do some honest hard work like splitting and stacking wood, or shoveling snow, for yourself or a neighbor.
Keep in mind that reducing the belt line can have the visual effect of increasing the chest size.

Bench press
Warm up with a weight you can easily do 20reps of
THIS IS CRUCIAL WAIT 3 FULL MINUTES
1 set of four to six reps at the most weight you can possibly lift (have a spotter)
wait the full three minutes again(the will allow your body to replace all your spent ATP) do another set same as the first, rest then a third.
If done correctly you should feel the need to make the weight heavier. This sounds crazy, I know its much different than what a lot of people do.
It works huge strenght gains though

What ladies like is a healthful, attractive, trim and toned physique. not bite of extra muscular tissues putting sort everywhere they'd probably be. so which you do not want a large chest you purely want a nicely formed one. and seems are in simple terms the beginning up. Theres a plenty extra after that. So do not focus fullyyt on seems.

Since I started to work out I was looking for a good weight loss product (I only wanted something 100% natural). I was on a diet but I felt that I needed a little "help" so I decided to try this great product and I had fantastic results. You can check their website at

Push ups will add thickness. Your arms and shoulders will also get larger. Look at U.S. Male Gymnastics. Those dudes are thick. Lots of push ups and Also Dips, you know jailhouse workouts...lol.

Bench press (wide and narrow grip), inclined press, dumbbell flies (while on your back on the bench), pullovers (very important 'cause it expands your rib cage) , front cable pull-downs (narrow grip). Also, work on building your lats and all of your upper back.
