If the two girls know one another then you will have to settle for being without both of them, because if you dump one the other is sure to find out when they see you around with the other girl. So make yourself as unattractive as possible to both of them. Even if that means that you have to step out of character and act like someone that you know that they hate.
If the girls don't know each other and have a low probability of seeing one another, then figure out which one you would rather be with. After that is done, become very unappealing to the other slowly and avoid all direct contact after a couple of days. After about a week or two cut all ties with her completely and enjoy the one you chose to be with.
Or you could just figure out which one is best for you and go and tell the other girl the truth, which is that you really like her but only as a friend and that you would like to continue to be her friend, but nothing serious relationship wise. Then enjoy the girl that you chose as number 1.

That's a tough one. You must like one better than the other but if you cant figure out which of the two you prefer here's an idea. Jot down what you like and dislike about each and then come to a conclusion as to which one you'll share your affections with. Whatever you do, don't cut the other one loose completely for a while and don't tell her you like her as a friend, you may loose her as both a friend and or a possible gf.

Have them both take you out at the same time. If they are not competing and both enjoy your company, the time you spend with them will be sheer delight. Many years ago, I was taken to dinner in Malibu by 3 women, all whom liked me and we had a fabulous time.

Be truthful. The longer you drag it out and lead them on, the worse it will be.

just kindly tell both of them you don't like them. or if you like the other tell them. don't try to hide it or become in between them. their probaly wondering which one of them you like. you can't run for it the best thing is to talk about it. Don't worry there are alot of people like that. if one of them or both of them gets mad at you don't try to apologize or anything, its your own emotions and your choice. Besides who would want to date a girl like that?
