You have to deal with a silly little tattle-tale? How old is this twit and why does he care what you do?
First of all, learn to keep your plans under wraps. Learn to throw up a smokescreen... bait and switch.
Simply go to the movies... you don't have to announce your choice of films in advance... the theatre will tell you whether or not you are allowed to see a given film. The other choice would be for your friend's mother to drop you and your friends off, which still leaves your brother out of the mix.
Get a keyed lock on your bedroom door and keep him out of your room.
Make yourself scarce when he is in harassment mode. Tell him you won't have anything to do with him as long as he is a jerk, then remove yourself from the situation. Quit allowing yourself to react to him yanking your chains. You are the one thing you have control over.
Study at a friend's house or library until your parents are about to arrive home. Join some school clubs to have a legitimate excuse to stay away from him.

before everything, it sounds like your brother, who certainly cares plenty, is making up for the shortcoming of your mom and dad love. A curfew of two:30? A sidekick 3, blackberry, ipod, and a pc? sounds like your spoiled. how are you able to be mad with all that stuff PLUS a curfew of two:30? you need to be grateful! i won't be able to even arise with the money for a 50 dollar guitar! you're in basic terms 14! you have a curfew of two:30! you have a brother who cares that plenty approximately you and your approximately to snap!?!?!?! Well my brother is 17 and i'm 15 and not once in my life have i loved him like a sister should have. i despise him to be honest, I just stopped talking to him. I don't know of his life, i don't talk to him, he's no nothing to me eventhough we live in the same house and go to the same school. If you want him to leave you alone stop talking to him, or you can just go through what every girl with a brother has to.

omg. same here...my brother is ugh. he just makes me so mad sometimes..but i guess i have learned to deal with it. hes 9 and im 14 and sometimes he acts like he's 5 running around tellin my parents all this s h i t like who i'm on the phone with and crap. it's so ANNOYING.
but anyway, umm, just be nice to him. maybe he will change. but i mean it depends on how old he is too.

First of all, "gay" refers to sexual preference and it's completely IMMATURE to use it for any insult. Tell your parents that you would like for them to be the parents instead of your brother (give examples of how he tries to make decisions concerning you in front of them) and that it's not fair that you should have a kid deciding for you. Also, tell them and him that it's unfair that he lies all the time and you don't tell, but he always speaks up against you. Each time he tries this, tell him he's not your parent and if he doesn't back off, you'll reveal one of his lies. It may work better if you say this stuff in front of your parents, or loud enough for them to hear.

you are allowing your brother to control your emotions and he knows how to get to you, it seems.
why are you letting him bother you? he's just being a brother, trying to cause problems.. if you agree with him, and stop reacting by getting upset, he will eventually get bored and find someone else to torture.
When you react by getting mad or upset, you are giving him BAIT to continue...
