I'd like to be able to say good-bye to my loved ones then just go off to sleep.

Well, before I married I would have answered...
I want to die of a massive, instantly fatal stroke at the age of 101 because I'm having sex with my 20-year-old lover during her lunch break from her lifeguard job.
Now, I guess I just want to be near my wife, Lee, until the last moment.

I'd want to die before I would start to lose mobility and before my organs start failing. Also, I'd prefer to be skydiving or climbing a mountain or swimming with sharks or something equally adventurous before I pass.
