When is the appropriate time to have noodles, or is there an inappropriate time to make noodles? I felt like making noodles this morning at 8 am, but I didn't know if that violated noodle policy...? Please, I really need your help, as you can tell....I just love making noodles.

Until your brain turns into a wet soggy noodle, eat oodles of noodles. Any shape and size is good, my favorite is Rigatoni

I am particular about them being al dente. I've eaten many a football fields of noodles. 24/7. Cold Pizza and Spaghetti for Breakfast. Oh yeah!

I'm a big noodle person, too. I've had them for breakfast with a touch of duck sauce.

actually, just have it morning or lunch because I've noticed that when people eat noodles late they bloat in the face and in weight.

Your belly has no idea what time it is. Eat what you like when you want it. Just be careful about lots of carbs early in the day.
