Navy has medics that are usually assigned to Marine Combat units, MOS Corpsman

Army's 68w does everything from combat medic to working in hospitals. It depends on what unit you get stationed with. Navy also has corpsmen who get attached with marine units.

there is a mos in the army and also a thing called CLS which is combat life saver....... my hubby took a course in it...... now he is certified in it......
