Otherwise how could Eve be say, a redhead - and Adam have brown hair - and three generations down have a child with blonde hair and freckles?

I've never given it any thought. But since the world started w/ 2 people I'd say yes.

I don't recall a physical description in the Bible..what if she was black and looked like "Lucy". The mitochondrial "Eve" came out of Africa 150, 000 to 200,000 years ago. I would think people started out very dark and mutated to the lighter colours.

Yeah that thought has gone through my head to. I mean the only other option would be for genes to mutation and be naturally selected (shhhh, that's called evolution).

Technically, we all do. they are just turned off. It is entirely possible that they did.


But i believe that one adam and eve thing to be a myth. I think there was more than one pair.
