Yes, God is the same forever, and he does preform miracles every minute, every second of everyday.... For everyone! God is No respecter of person . He loves us all. Even the Lost. And he heals the Lost the same as he does the saved... When a lost man/woman become saves, then isn't that a miracle? It is to me.... When I awake in the morning, it is a miracle. And i Thank My lord for his undying love and His righteous mercy... God Bless

For the most part, I believe it is us that has changed. We've developed a lack of dedication. Those that followed Jesus left everything. One man that Jesus called needed to bury his dead father. To this Jesus said, "Let the dead bury their own dead, but you go and proclaim the kingdom of God." That's dedication and sacrifice. Many people want to see miracles but only want to worship Jesus on Sunday morning, or even only three times a week. I believe it takes constant fasting and prayer.
But miracles are happening all the time. The sick really are getting healed and the dead really are getting raised. It's mostly happening in the churches of third world countries. The gospel has always been better accepted by the poor. These events are just not being publicized in secular media sources. I hear most of these stories by word of mouth or through the Assemblies of God, which is the denomination that I'm a part of.

Some people do still experience such miracles. I see healings in my church everyday. If you have ever heard of spiritual gifts, you would know that God does His miracles through people that are willing to receive and use these gift for his glory.

Well if miracles were everyday events then we wouldn't call them miracles.
From my perspective life and the entire universe is an amazing miracle we all mostly just take for granted. You Sir, are actually a miracle and just don’t realize it.

The answer to all of your questions is yes. If we would just reach out in faith we would see a mighty move of God.

1.Yes we can
2.Yes we do
3.I forget where I read it,but I read somewhere that the miracles in the Bible while many, did not happen as close together as people tend to believe;but that there was significant amounts of time between many of them.

Those were the miracles that were needed then. We get the miracles that we need now.
