Jesus, you guys up there are idiots!
God indeed, DID create Lucifer against Lucifer's will - because Lucifer was CREATED!!! Dummies!
You ALL were created against your own will by default - WERE YOU EVER ASKED TO BE CREATED? NO!
AND ANGELS HAVE NO FREE WILL?
How then, did Lucifer rebel? So God created a bunch of robots with angels to do his worshipping, etc...

Satan means 'resister'.
Prior to resisting, he was one of the myriad of angel/messengers of God. When he resisted, he became Satan/Resister.
God did not create any resisters. And, prior to being created, no one has any 'will'.

Lucifer had no "will" until after he was created. He made the coice to begin a revolt against one he could never defeat. That was his mistake... What is yours?? Have a great evening.

Angels do not have free will. They carry out the will of God and He uses them as He wishes for good or evil. For example:
1 Kings 22:21,22; ' .... then a spirit came forward and stood before the Lord and said, ‘I will entice him.’ 'The Lord said to him, ‘How?’ And he said, ‘I will go out and be a deceiving spirit in the mouth of all his prophets.’ Then He said, ‘You are to entice him and also prevail. Go and do so.’
