Hey Im 13 years old, and 105 pounds and 5'3. I used to weigh 115 pounds. I weighed 115 about 1 week ago. I stopped eating lunch, and I ate about 500 calories a day. I excersized a lot, and ate no chocolate/candy and had very little soda, but if i did have soda, it would have been diet. Did I do everything right?
I want to get down to 93 pounds. How much longer do you think I should use this diet to get to 93?

well for this week you lost so much weight because you confused your metabolism when you stopped eating. You see when your metabolism first notices you stop eating it starts storing in more fat, so this week you would have lost weight, but by next weight youll be gaining body fat.
I think you should try eating salads and water and taking vitamins excersing, you might want to eat chicken or meat sometimes.
but eat healthy and dont skip meals!

no, this is called crash dieting. The faster the weight comes off, the faster you put it right back on!! you should use moderate exercise, and a healthy diet. The healthiest way to lose weight is about 2 pounds per week, and you can accomplish that by reducing calories to 1500 a day. 500 is borderline starvation. sounds like you have the right idea with the soda and candy tho.

Don't skip meals, eat until you are full, and exercise. Eating healthy is good but 500 calories is not enough you will get sick if you continue this diet. I think you have a problem and should talk to an adult about it.

Now i should try and take that advise too

Leave the diet till after xmas, we all gain weight about now

Stop now. You are too skinny. Please get some help now. Talk to you rschool coounselor or doctor. You runt he risk of doing serious damage to your bones and internal organs like your kidney and liver.

ummm...you're going to be anorexic...which i really don't recommend you to be. At 5'3", it's best to be around 110...starving yourself is NOT the solution
