Yes, you that would make put you over the limit! How much do you weigh? If you are over 200 pds you might be under but I'm not certain. Don't drive! Call someone. Just remember this if you feel buzz you are probably over the legal limit! You don't have to be a slobber drunk to be over the limit. Just Think before you DRINK. We all deserve to ENJOY life and live it to the fullest but we all need to be smart and plan ahead before partying like a rock star. Call a cab or friend! It's not worth it to get a DUI and loose your license for 4 to 6 months. The DUI laws are getting tougher and more expensive.

It depends heavily on your weight. There is no legal definition for being drunk, except that bartenders have a duty not to serve alcohol when someone has clearly had too much. If you're referring to when you drive, also remember that the legal limit in many places if you are under 21 is exactly zero.
