hang out with friends you already have who are down to earth...that way you can network and meet more down-to-earth people. or join your school's local skate/surf club...and learn a new skill while you're at it...

haha nowhere. If you are looking for a guy your age, don't count on finding much. At 19-20 you should just worry about going out and having fun because that's what most guys are worrying about, not going to find a nice down to earth girl.
