For happiness in life, you have to forget certain things. It is admitted that at the age of 3, all your needs were looked after very well by your parents, you had no worries etc. but remember that you were simply a puppet in their hands. You had to eat food of their choice, wear clothes which they liked, woke up or slept as they decided. You could not select or choose anything yourself.Though you could not express it, it were all very painful to you.The human mind is so designed that all good or bad events that took place at the age of 3 or under is completely forgotten. The experiences of teen times remain in memory for ever and some of them keep on tormenting. The age of 3 is the best for all.

at 3 years old you don't comprehend anything, don't have to worry about things, there is less drama, you dont have ANY responsiblity, you are sometimes litterally spoon fed, you always have someone to tuck you in at night, someone else cleans your sh!tty diaper...
so 3 years old is the best, put simply.
