Hot chocolate is available at most western restaurants in China, Beijing has lots of them! Like a few of the other posts mentioned you can get it at McDonalds and Starbucks too. I actually bought some Swiss Miss sugar-free hot coco mix this afternoon at Jenny Lou's, a popular foreign grocery store with many outlets all over Beijing. Hope this helps.

Yes but it's never quite right, like most "western foods" in china. And it's ALWAYS expensive. You can however get swiss miss in the foreign food sections of the grocery stores. :)

Of course but not as a common drink like tea and coffee. Starbucks are everywhere as is McDonalds.

I think there is hot chocolate anywhere in the world. (can be bought wherever there is a McDonald's joint)

Yes! Starbucks have it and many (but not all) local coffee shops have it too. But don't expect the marshmallows.

yeah hot chocolate drink, yeah they have,,,take it in a western style resto.:-) or do it by yourself.
