How do I put myself out there as like an available girl who is willing to have a boyfriend?
I've wanted one, and I've been single for 2ish years.
Yes, It sucks.
I have potential to have a boyfriend, I just don't put myself out there or make guys think I like them.
In other words, I'm not affectionate.
What should I do?

I don't meant to be too George Castanza about this, but if everything you've done up to now hasn't gotten you a boyfriend, then maybe doing the opposite will :D
Put yourself out there. Make guys think you like them! (or at least, just the ones you like yourself).
Take up a sport, take up a hobby. Hang out at the gym, be a little accident prone around cute guys at the grocery store (ie. bump into them "accidentally"). Do more of what you wouldn't do ordinarily and you might find yourself attracting more guys.

sounds like you want a puppy.but get out and meet people and word gets around who's available

How old are you?
"put myself out there as AVAILABLE" sounds like you don't respect yourself enough!
If you treat yourself as a commodity, why blame men if they use you like a commodity?
