If you can't see at school, then you NEED glasses or contacts.

I'm following a system to improve my vision with simple eye exercises. I found it on this site http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=413. I'm starting seeing very positive (and unexpected) results.

Why is your vision poor? If due to needing glasses then the choices are glasses, contact lenses or laser surgery.
If due to eye disease, the answer depends upon the exact condition.

As for supplements, try lutein you can find it in health stores or walgreens etc. When i was in school long ago I had the same problem with eye strain. When your outside look long distance and focus on an object it may still appear fuzzy but do it anyway then work your way toward yourself doing the same thing with other objects. Remember your eyes need excercise too.
