my boyfriend and I recently broke up. I am not looking to date yet..but I fear that any 'good guys' won't want to date a single mom. I am 25 and I have one child. I consider myself to be good looking, I work and am just finishing up a certification program. my question is will guys run when they find out that I have a child?

Put yourself out there, if you find someone good enough, they'll love your child just as much as you do. It just takes some time.

i would have said no a while ago as my family has grown and left home --- yes i am that old ---- my attitudes have been changed and yes i would date a single mum ---- would she date me??? ahh now i dont think so ---- gentle laugh ---- best wishes ---- its about who you are and if the guy likes you then he will accept all of you including children

You're still young...Most guys don't mind....Just make sure you upfront about it, and place your child way before any boyfriend.
