Humans become responsible for our behavior (including sin) from minute one because we are a product of original sin. When people decide to remain sinful in their actions, thoughts and deeds God can damn our soul and put the human body through living holy hell. Ask Johnny Cash or anyone that has come face to face with death through drugs and sinfulness. However, some humans receive the grace of God through their earthly guardians (parents) from their very beginning in life. These humans who are guided away from sinfulness can develop attitudes and behavior that is Opus Dei. None the less we all are forgiven -- seek and you shall find, knock and the door shall be open, ask and you shall be given. Sorry for my paraphrasing but I'm sure you have run across those lines in your Bible. Many of us overlook the simple yet powerful ways to remain Opus Dei. After all sin is so much more easily obtained and lustful satisfaction makes us believe there's nothing wrong with doing it. Unless we walk away from such behavior, our soul will not enter heaven until we have redeemed ourselves of all past sinful behavior.

"Is it "honest" that Jesus died innocently? The honest argument gets so stupid." ask your self then, why you're able to worship a god that would not preclude sons and daughters from being abused. that would not sound in simple terms like this style of deity i could choose around not to show ask for education in concerns of morality. in fact i could say that human beings have extra morality the your so called god as we've rules in place to a minimum of attempt to ward off those circumstances. "each guy is punished for his very own sins." And what of the sins of his father. each reason has an result and the straightforward actuality is that a mojority of the youngsters who're sexualy abused interior the international perpetuate the development. they are doing it not out of a few ethical decision yet because of the fact it is what they have been toaght and that they are attempting to handle what grew to become into achieved to them and not understanding the thank you to. is this infant to bypass to hell, because of the fact a god allowed him to be abused interior the 1st place? I say blame "the maker" if he exists as he could have had the capability to ward off it and did not. extremely he sat returned and enjoyed the suffering of others. for persons that gave me thumbs down is it because of the fact my arguments do not make experience or extremely because of the fact it has brought about you a glimpse of the certainty and you're to afraid to stand those information?

think about this...
it wasn't Jesus' death that is responsible for our sins being forgiven... but remember what He said just before He died? He asked God to forgive us - that is why we are forgiven.

I think it depend on the person and where they are with God. My children prayed the sinners prayer when they were really young and I could see the change immediately! Their little faces glowed like angels. I did not have spiritual understanding until I was about 25. My dad did not become a Christian until he was about 90.

One has to ask for forgiveness. It is stated in the Bible. Some ppl get it when they are young, some not until later in life. I accepted Christ as my Savior when I was 31. Was Baptized soon after.

Only when someone is ready to admit they are a sinner in need of a Savior and believe Jesus are they forgiven.

That's the only way we become reconciled with God.

You are only made aware of sin once you are educated in the faith and belief. Forgiveness isn't granted to those who do not ask for it but through Christ, you know it will be there if you ask for it with all your heart.
