I ordered a Virgin Mobile phone that didn't work (kept power cycling over and over again) and I don't know how to return it. I got a return merchandise authorization number and I don't know what to do with it.

call the company (virgin Mobile and tell the the problem
they will give you a rma -and then lots of times
you can take it a fedex service center and we can find
with the RMA we can print the label
if that company has a return authorizing account with fedex
(and many do)
or that company would send you a return fedex label
which you just stick on the package
(we get a lot of Verizon phones return that way )

I think your question is really, "How do I return it at no cost to me?" The answer to this is probably in the contract between you and the phone vendor. Seems to me, you already spoke with someone and got the return authorization. That means they'll accept it for a refund, *after* they get it.

You can either FedEx it to them and you're done with it or you can phone them back and get a FedEx label- maybe an account number so FedEx will accept the parcel.

Seems that the vendor is OK with taking it back, so maybe they'll also let you FedEx it to them on their nickel. Good luck.

You need to ship it back to the address they have for returns. If it's not listed is some of the paperwork you have you will need to call them and get the correct shipping address.
You will need to include the return authorization number in the box with the merchandise and on the shipping label.
