It's just that they're sick of seeing you every time they go! I suggest you refer to the answers you've already been given to this specific question (or ones very similar) under all of the various names you've been using over the past three months before you start posting the same questions YET AGAIN - AND AGAIN.....

I too attend a gym 5/6 times a week. I think he was just trying to making conversation. Trying to be friendly. I have met a lot of nice people at my gym.

Your not a fitness freak. You are doing the right thing, trying to stay healthy. Don't worry. Just go and do your thing and enjoy it.

6 days a week is a lot for most people, and maybe he just wanted to start a pleasant conversation. you don't have to worry what other people think of you. just do your own thing (at least while you're at the gym) you're there to get YOURSELF fit.

Hes most likely making both conversation and an observation. 6 days a week is excesive for most, you may benefit from taking a month off and get back into it and see your body move to the next level.

No-one can tell you you are doing too much unless they are fully aware of the intensity, volume and your own personal recovery.

8 days a week sounds like a lot to me, but it would depend on what you fit into these 6 days.

Probably just making conversation. Do they have a limit on how long you can use the gym? If no; don't worry about what he says. Maybe he's just being observant. You can over-do yourself.

I go just about everyday, too. I don't care, what folks, say. Going to the Gym, is something I look forward to. I enjoy exercise and the feeling I get when I am working out. No worries, go as much as you want. After all, you are paying for it. That is your business and he needs to mind his own.

Happy Holidays.

Maybe he is making a friendly observation ,or has just noticed you there a lot might have thought your training for something.Either that or he is worried your behaviour is becoming totally obsessive, your neglecting other bits of your life..Not that doing something 100% is bad just can get bit one tracked..Good Health

Didn't you ask this already?

And he's probably just saying it, he's not putting you down or anything.
