okay so here's the problem..
this guy and i like each other. but his friend likes me. and my friend likes the guy i like. we're all friends and that's good. they understand that we like each other. but his friend is kind of over protective of me.. he started yelling at the guy i like telling him if he hurt me once he'll hurt him. and i got really scared. but he told me he was joking. and i hate it when he jokes around like that..
well, i really want the guy i like to ask me out.. but he's really shy and he gets nervous around me. all my friends say i should ask him. but i don't think that's right.. i don't know why.
what do you think?

Hi Judy. Asking a guy out is not something you should be ashamed of. Besides, give yourself and the guy a chance. However, be caution and be aware of what you are doing. Let both your parents know about it.
