You really can't "get someone to like you" or "make someone like you".
All you can do is try to embody those qualities that you consider desirable in a human being. For example if you consider kindness and honesty to be inherently good things, then you should try to be as honest and kind as possible. Hopefully, some guy will see your virtues and appreciate you for them.
