Is there a way to chat?

Well my cousin is in vietnam and she wants to chat with me. she doesn't know english. I know how to speak in vietnamese but i can type. how can i chat to her? is there a website where you can transalate it?

you can try google they have translation services there plus do a search --- i suggest you both start to learn how to write each other's language otherwise its going to be very slow ---- enjoy

Why don't you talk using Skype or yahoo? I live in VN and talk with friends and family in Europe and the US all the time. IF you don't have a common written langauge, talking is the easiest way to go.
