God has sacrificed his own son Jesus for the greater good of mankind. Now everyone says that I should be thankful because he sacrificed his OWN son just for me. But i thought that God loved everyone equally sinful or not. Did God only want Jesus to suffer because he did it for the majority of the people?Or does he actually love us more than Jesus Christ?

Makes a good suspenseful ending, doesn't it? How do you think L. Ron Hubbard did it?

Paul said that Jesus ‘partook of blood and flesh’ that “through his death he might bring to nothing the one having the means to cause death, that is, the Devil; and that he might emancipate all those who for fear of death were subject to slavery all through their lives.” (Hebrews 2:14, 15) As “the one having the means to cause death,” Satan got control of Judas Iscariot and then used the Jewish leaders and the Romans to execute Jesus. (Luke 22:3; John 13:26, 27) Through his sacrificial death, however, Jesus frees sinful mankind from Satan’s grip and makes it possible for us to have everlasting life.—John 3:16.
During the course of history there have been people who sacrificed their lives so that fellow humans might continue living a few more years. What these persons did has been viewed as noble and praiseworthy. Among those laying down their lives was one whose death accomplished far more than that of all the others combined. This one was Jesus Christ. His sacrificial death on an executional stake laid the basis for humans to gain, not just a few additional years of life, but unending life.

Ever heard of the Holy Trinity? God, Son and Holy Spirit? They are all one and the same in three entities. God/Jesus loved us enough for Jesus to come to earth and sacrifice his life so that we would learn the path to eternal life through His life and His teachings. I know it's confusing to say God sent His only begotten son - being one of the three - to sacrifice for us. In fact, Jesus almost refused to suffer but in the end, he accepted it and sacrificed himself. In doing so - it does not mean God loves Jesus less than man, He just loves us all, period.

God is crazy about us- to the point of sacrificing His son to be the final atonement for our sins

God does love us. He hates sin. Sin is incompatible with His nature, therefore He cannnot be around it. It's like a dry leaf and a fire. If you throw the leaf into the fire. The nature of the fire consumes the nature of the leaf. We are with sin. If we were to be in His prescense, He would consume us like a dry leaf in a fire. The only way for us to be with Him is to be made perfect, to be covered by Jesus Christ, the perfect sacrifice that took all our sin on that cross.

God sent his only son into the world pay the price of our sins and to destroy eternal death. The Father loves all of his children. God took the form of man to teach us about going to Heaven. He who saves his life will loose his life, But he who looses his life for his faith in the Lord's sake will have eternal life in Heaven.
