A 360 Spyder will most likely cost about $180k or more (depending on specific options, car location, etc). Assuming it's paint was bad enough that it would require a complete repaint (but in otherwise good condition), the cost would most likely be a similar $180k less the cost of an appropriate repaint (about $15k).

So, you could probably get one for $165k... however, in the long run you would be better to pay what works out to about an 8% premium, as the prepainted car will take a subsequent hit at least equal to that cost difference in resale value for having been repainted... or left in the same state; meaning that the more expensive option would ultimately cost less.
