my experience- if you are bad doing person, dont do any good work in this life. we suffer in the next life according to our past karma.for example -- if you rob some one in this life,in the next life you will be robbed if not in this life,or you will be born in poor family.god give us tit for tat.what ever we do in this life surely we get that in next life.there is no heaven or hell.but if your life is enjoyfull this is heaven,if you suffer all your life this is called hell.so heaven and hell both are here on this earth.unless we attain immortality < moksh >after moksh we no longer get birth.so always do good be good, dont harm any one and try to help everyone.there is a famous story of a woman-she was prostitute she never say no to any one even you have no money to give her.after her death god asked her -you are very bad woman being a prostitute you will be surely swerly punshed ,have you done anygood work in your life, she replied ==== my god i done mistake being a prostitte
and this was my way of earning but i never refused any ony and i tried to please every one even some one has no money to offer me. you know what god said then==== you are so sweet, you should not be punshed but rewarded == as a reward take the key to my room and i see you there.i hope this answer will satisfy you

Good or evil, when you die, you are in a realm without a body. Having had many NDE's because of health problems and one death experience from a motorcycle accident, what is not said in religions is that we are ALL put into the very same realm at first, with one difference. If evil or good the experience is the same in nature as you are overcome by a feeling of peace unlike any on earth and your nature is one of being passive and submissive. I used to be a very aggressive person and mean having serve in the Marines during Vietnam and after I became an alcoholic/drug addict dealing drugs. Each day I used or was hungover from something until I had the accident. THERE I found myself "existing" but could never see a body and this world was like looking through a clear sheet of plastic. A "voice" asked me if I liked who I was and if put back on earth would I be it's example with changes I sought. (Was tired of life on drugs and drinking and living up to an image of being mean) Knowing the alternative I said "yes." After the accident, nobody knew who I was in character as I didn't drink, do drugs or was passive in nature. It even took my family over 20 years to accept what I was NOW. Is there a God. Must be as "before" those changes my friends all took bets I'd whine up in prison for life or dead and this was over 30 years ago.....

It depends on what crimes, in my religion, there are circles of Hell dedicated to punishment of certain sins. The Qur'an also says that some of those who are damned to Hell are not damned forever, but instead for an indefinite period of time. In any case, there is good reason to believe that punishment in Hell is not meant to actually last eternally, but instead serves as a basis for spiritual rectification. It may depend on the person, it also acts as purgatory. Although generally Hell is often portrayed as a hot steaming and tormenting place for sinners there is one Hell pit which is characterized differently from the other Hell in Islamic tradition. Zamhareer is seen as the coldest and the most freezing Hell of all, yet its coldness is not seen as a pleasure or a relief to the sinners who committed crimes against God. The state of the Hell of Zamhareer is a suffering of extreme coldness of blizzards ice and snow which no one on this earth can bear. I hate the cold more than anything else, so if I'm guilty I 'd pray not to be sent to Zamhareer.

We are all like suitcases. If it is packed with evil beliefs, they do not die at the moment one believes they have died, but go on until they are overcome by Truth, Christ.
so, the answer is that the law requires suffering for sin, for all sin is punished until the love for sin has been annihilated. Sin brings death and suffering. This is why we were taught to turn from our love of sin here and now, so we would not have to live in darkness and suffer from our ignorance of what divine Love truly is. The sinner makes his own hell and the duration of it will be sufficient to reform the sinner forever.

I believe in reincarnation and karma as well as each life being a learning experience. In order to learn, one must experience many different situations, and even if you refuse the lesson that the current is offering, one can still learn other things via that refusal. So, if you've done much harm, and it was not a purposeful learning experience, then I believe you are put into a lifetime where you are there to learn more compassion, and to experience similar suffering yourself.

Your salvation isnt dependant on what you do but what Jesus did.God required a sacrifice and Jesus was the only one who was worthy to pay that price a\nd he did it for all who will ever believe in him as their saviour. All have sinned And come short of the glory of God.I believe if you trust him (Jesus)for salvation truly you will be in heaven, otherwise there is no hope for salvation in any other.

Everyone goes to a similar state of being after physical death. What makes the difference is your memories. You don't have that human ego to hide behind anymore.

I believe in reincarnation of the continuous type, where you never escape the reality of this universe. If you do very little good for this world, your lack of value to this world will catch up to you eventually, in this life or the next. You can't keep making enemies in this world without consequences, so doing bad things will also catch up with you. God rewards those who make this world a better place, with more spiritual strength, which helps them to be even more useful and valuable.

Well I don't think I will be where God is after I died.
Hell to me is "eternal" separation from God. What happens in this place or condition is pure, mental agony because I can never ever have another chance (once the truth was "visually" manifested) to be with Him. Ever.

I know someone who isn't me, that's going to hell. LoLLy....guess who??? You !!! HAHAHAHAHHA No seriously, you're going to hell, but I promise you're going to enjoy it so freaking much. All who belong in hell, have nothing more than great things to say about it.
What ever sins you did here, you can only imagine all the sin you can do in hell. Everyone is nice in hell, I don't know why people can't believe me when I tell them.
Anyways, enjoy your life, hell isn't hell unless you're one of them. "God's" creatures. They don't belong here. By the way, Hitler is a great guy and he doesn't hate blacks anymore...in fact he's "friends" with many black men.
