Simple. Your wife comes first. You made a vow to her, not to your mother. You made a commitment to your wife and now your mother comes last. You take care of your wifes needs first then tend to your mother after.

it can be done as long as everyone knows their "place" in the order of things. i know i could live with my oldest daughter & her husband. i jokingly call myself the mother in law from hell, but we have a great relationship. there are bound to be disagreements; you are 3 individuals with differing views, opinions etc, but if you keep perspective you'll all survive! good luck, diane.

Your wife must always come first and if your mother doesn't like it you tell her to go and find her own place.

WHY do you all live together?
You should have your OWN place with your wife and your mom should be on her own.
