Just before my kids started school I explained the beliefs of all major religions to them including atheism. When my youngest was a junior, he came out of school looking a bit disgusted. I ask him what was wrong and he said that some Christian told him that he was going to burn in hell for eternity for not believing in their particular flavor of God. I said, don't you remember we talked about that before? He said, Yes I remember you saying it but it never occurred to me that you were actually serious. I realized that He assumed that I was kidding because the idea seemed so preposterous. You need to prepare them for the things they are going to hear. Love and blessings Don

No, a summer camp whose main purpose is to deny invisible men with superpowers isn't quite enough.
How about a LOGIC camp?

No, but i guess i would send them to a camp that is lots of fun, without any religious affiliations either way.

Well since I am a Christian no I wouldn't....at least not as a young child. I suppose once they reach the age of accountability and they make the decision that they want to go I would let them....I wouldn't encourage it though.

I wouldn't force beliefs on my child. I would rather that they make their own decisions regarding spirituality
