and theres the cutest guy in my theater class. i think he likes me i'm not sure, i mean he tries talking to me, he says hi, and looks at me, and says i'm cute all the time, does that mean he likes me? and do i have a chance with him? because i like him a lot

If all he says is hi, he doesn't really know you very well yet. Trying starting some conversations, and maybe even mention how much you enjoyed talking. Then tell him you are going to be at a specific hang-out at a certain time and ask if he would like to continue the chat. See what happens.

he sucks at talking to women your goodlooking so its even harder for him to talk to you. help him out a bit start talking to him about somehting you both know so its easier for him to talk to you.
if that dont work ill take you out
