I'd spanked her a s s. It does not matter that she is your guest, if her family can not behave, then your parents need to let her know-because it's YOUR family's house and your cousin and her troll need to respect that. You were kind enough to let them move in. In order for there to be a resolution and enjoyment in your house. I hope your dog bites that stupid kid-ahahahahaa.

Who is is charge of the house? Where are your parents? Why does this cousin have to live with the family for 3 years? Are you old enough to move elsewhere? Do you have someone you can stay with? Talk to your parents or whoever is the boss and try to work out some controls. Good luck.

In order to have peace in your home, there needs to be clear-cut rules. A 7yo is definitely old enough to understand that people should not be yelled at when they are sleeping or that dogs should not be tormented. She's a spoiled brat & if they are going to live there, they all need to follow House Rules. You should have a family meeting, where these things can be addressed.
The alternative for you is to :
A. Move out, or
B. Fix up & move into the attic or cellar, where no one else is allowed in, & you can have some peace & quiet.
Best of luck.

Have a meeting where it's made clear what the rules are and what the consequences are. You shouldn't be victimized by others' poor behavior. Sounds like both the girl and her parents are spoiled. Your parents may be having problems with the 'guests', too, and nipping this in the bud early on is best for all. spoiled behavior is 'way unacceptable. Best wishes.

You live there too.. tell your cousin, in a nice way.. that her child is pestering your dog, and you don't want the child to get bit. Also tell her that she's intruding upon your private space, and time, that she has to take control of her child. Speak to your parents as well, tell them about how the child wakes you in the am.. and get them to speak to your cousin as well...
good luck:)

You have to deal with the fact that you have an involuntary "little sister" who you'll be putting up with for 3 years.
She's seven. She's going to act seven. She's not going to sit and be quiet.

Well, the best thing you can do, is just grin and bear it. It is not your house, therefore, you can not make the 'rules'. Instead, turn this into a learning opportunity. Most children behave much the same way. (in a hurry now to have kids?).
Often, very important lessons in life are learned, in odd ways...often by adverse things, just as you describe. Good luck.
