penso- he/she thought (you cant tell which from this sentence, having el penso would mean he thought, ella penso would mean she though

Well im bilingual and it means "i wish you knew the pain you cause me" although it is not worded correctly if this is what you are trying to say it should be " le deseo que usted sepa el dolor que usted me causa

If by "El Uno" it means "el primero" (the first) then:
