2Ti 3:16 All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
2Ti 3:17 That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.

Yes it does reference in 2 Timothy 3:16-17 but there are other scriptures in our bible that also say otherwise.
See 2 thessalonians 2:15 Paul commands christians to "hold fast" to the traditions he has passed on to them, both those that were written down (and were later recognized as Scripture) and those that were not written down.
then go to 1 Timothy 3:15 Where Paul writes to Timothy that the Church (not scripture) is "the pillar and foundation of truth"
Nor is Scripture as some christians claim, fully self-interpreting. As 2 Peter notes, for example in St. Paul's letters "there are some things hard to understand that the ignorant and unstable distort to their own destruction, just as they do the other scriptures 2 Peter 3:16

I know I kind of answered the opposite but this also is scripture in our bible. If the bible is the sole rule of faith then the over 33,000 christian denominations currently in our world would not have such fundamental disagreements over what the biblical text really means.

"I won't give you chapter or verse, but I will tell you that these two rules effectively squelch all possible arguments against the Bible and the Bible god."

Give us the chapter and verse then.
You can't use the bible to back up the bible, anyways. That's somewhat like backing up 2+3=4 in a math book with the same math book that says so.

(Ecclesiastes 12:11-14) 11 The words of the wise ones are like oxgoads, and just like nails driven in are those indulging in collections [of sentences]; they have been given from one shepherd. 12 As regards anything besides these, my son, take a warning: To the making of many books there is no end, and much devotion [to them] is wearisome to the flesh. 13 The conclusion of the matter, everything having been heard, is: Fear the [true] God and keep his commandments. For this is the whole [obligation] of man. 14 For the [true] God himself will bring every sort of work into the judgment in relation to every hidden thing, as to whether it is good or bad.

This is close as it gets.

The Bible contains a rule that prohibits mixing any other kind of doctrine with Bible doctrine.
The next rule prohibits doubting anything in the Bible.

I won't give you chapter or verse, but I will tell you that these two rules effectively squelch all possible arguments against the Bible and the Bible god.

Because anybody who is even thinking about doubt is already in violation.

So no argument against the Bible can even get off the ground; it is the bane of atheists and the dilemma of "free-thinkers".

It doesn't. And as for the 1 Timothy verse - - "that dog won't hunt"....first of all...there WAS NO N.T. Scripture canon when Saint Paul wrote that...and even it it DID mean "Scripture includes the N.T. - that would be the logical fallacy of "circular reasoning" at its worst!

2Peter 1:3 God’s power has given us everything we need to lead a godly life. All of that has come to us because we know the One who chose us. He chose us because of his own glory and goodness.

Sufficiency of scripture:
John 20:30 The disciples saw Jesus do many other miraculous signs in addition to the ones recorded in this book. 31 But THESE ARE WRITTEN so that you may continue to believe that Jesus is the Messiah, the Son of God, AND THAT BY BELIEVING IN HIM YOU WILL HAVE LIFE BY THE POWER OF HIS NAME.

Father K: Peter clearly names Paul's writing as SCRIPTURE. Authority and inspiration are not contingent on HUMAN approval.
2Peter 3:15 And remember, the Lord’s patience gives people time to be saved. This is what OUR BELOVED BROTHER PAUL also wrote to you with the wisdom God gave him— 16 SPEAKING OF THESE THINGS IN ALL OF HIS LETTERS. Some of his comments are hard to understand, and those who are ignorant and unstable have TWISTED HIS LETTERS to mean something quite different, JUST AS THEY DO WITH OTHER PARTS OF SCRIPTURE. And this will result in their destruction.
2Timothy 3:16 All Scripture (including THIS as Peter says) is INSPIRED by God and is USEFUL to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right.
