Many people don't want to educate themselves on any religion except the one they call their own. Therefore, they believe that anything they don't understand (and that's a lot) is "of the devil" or "ungodly". Ignorance is truly a debilitating disease.

Christians think the Muslim god is a different god, because Muslims rejected the idea that God has a son who died for the sin of humans. But fact is: Islam copied from both Judaism and Christianity. If Allah is false, the other two, the Christian god and Yahweh must be false, too.

This is because there was some rumor going around that Allah was the name of an old moon god in that culture. Even if that's true, a name is a name. The one true God is the one true God by whatever name one chooses to call him, and I don't think that God really minds what the locals choose to address him as.

The term " Allah" means god in Arabic. Abraham and other Faithful Prophets did not accept just any god or Allah. Their God had a Name and it certainly was not Allah.
Prior to Mohammad " revealing" this god to his fellow countrymen, the Muslims were Pagan worshippers. Mohammad found his god by praying or meditating in a Cave. Mohammad was " CHOKED" by an "Angel" into accepting his assignment. Sounds more Demonic than anything else.

Please dont stereotype us. I know good and well that Allah is simply the Arabic word for God and I know many Christians that understand this simple fact.
I am not one of those Christians that think the God Muslims worship is a false God rather I believe the Mohammad was the false prophet that we were warned about. Jesus came too fulfill the word and so much of what Mohammad taught contradicts Jesus' teachings I do not believe he is a prophet.
I have a right to my beliefs just as you do. And I do not judge you for your beliefs.

The western Christians who do so are ignroant of Arabic and think Allah is a name. I know just smigent of Arabic- from going to an Antiochian Orthodox church and having Coptic friends and I can state they use the term allah in prayer. Condomening the use of Allah
It would make the same since as Christans out side of the US condeming the phraze Jesus Christ- (instead of Isus Christos) becuse the Mormons use it in their faith.

I don't. I believe Allah is God. In fact Jesus probably referred to God as Allah (when he didn't use Abba), as that's the Aramaic word not just the Arabic word.
Peace to you.
