What is the easiest, least expensive way to transfer a HI8MP tape to digital form?

And I know the "cheapest" and the "easiest" are probably not going to be the same thing, so any suggestions at all are welcome really.

I recorded Christmas concerts and would like to figure out a way to upload them to my computer and make them available for family members to view.

hafta find a camera store. One that does special prints and stuff. They can make a disk for you. Not sure of the price, but it is the easiest.
You should tell them exactly what you want to do with it so they can make the best format for your purpose
