Oh goodness you really have a mess on your hands...or should I say pot! First try very hot soapy water, let it soak, use a spatula and see if that helps loosen the stuff. If not, then use some oven cleaner. make sure you use a vented area or you could get sick from fumes, and use rubber gloves when you scub it out. Make sure you rince and rewash really good to remove any chemicals.

there are various good products for removing the burnt black on pots, some want slightly greater elbow grease than others vinegar is amazingly good with warm water and a few extreme scrubbing oven cleanser, the stuff u squirt on your ovens to eliminate the bake on dirt, placed it on ur pot and leave it for a whilst then wash off. purely strategies the fumes

just soak with soapy water for a day. It will come off because I did the same thing once.
