I think that God was sexist and selfish!!?

I mean, if there was a God, why would he make women go through Labour??
Yes, he tried to make us believe that men do their labour but, what bull.
God was a man though wasn't he??

Yeah well there is no God anyway. I guess if he did exist he is a bit of a bastard since we also have periods, looked down on (from like, around 1800s and backwards especially), rape, etc.

Also famines, poverty, murder, war, disease, etc are things that point to if he did exist he would have to be some messed up God to do things like that. Who needs Satan when you have a God like that? :P

First of all, I just want to say I'm sorry that life is not fair. I wish there was more I could do.

Moving on, not all religions believe that God is a man. Many religious traditions believe in Mother Earth, and the Mormons (Latter-day Saints) believe in both a Heavenly Father and a Heavenly Mother. Other religions believe that God is androgenous or genderless.

To answer the question of why women have to go through more pain than men, I can only offer you my own perspective:

Our life is like a three-act play. Before we were born, the main characters set the stage and developed the plot. In act 2, where we come into the picture, there is nothing but conflict and misery.

Then in the third act, when this world is but a distant memory, all wrongs are set right, and all injustices are compensated for.

Obviously, we are obligated to "fight the good fight" against pain and conflict while we're in act 2, but anyone expecting life to be fair is expecting too much. Whether the 'next life' is an after-life or the world we leave behind for our children, it is still our choice to make the most of what we have.

I have being checking your questions made me sad.
It is a fact that nowday men of any culture and country is very degraded, but not all of them are bad.
Don't rebel against the Lord if you have very little or no information at all about Him and His Consort.
We get the body and life we deserve accordingly with our past activities, that is why some people are poor, other richer, white, black, woman, man, pigs, cats, plants, etc.
Accordingly to what we think at the moment we are dieing, will be the body we will get next life.
So, most women were men in the past lives and vise versa.
Get rebel will not help us, just make us more angry. We need knowledge to kill the ignorance.
Please, read bhagavad Gita, you will love it and will acquire understanding about karma, Maya, jiva(us, spiritual soul),Bhagavan(God), mukti(to get free from the material identification, bhakti(love for God), etc.

Have you ever even read the Bible? You don't even have a case. I'm not even a Christian and I can tell that you've pulled this out of thin air. Ever heard of the original sin? And God isn't a man, he's genderless, Christians only use the pronoun "he" out of convenience. I have a few issues with the Bible, and as a woman I know that labour sucks (like it f*cking sucks) but what the hell you can't complain about sexism and ten call all men pigs.

If you read your bible, you would know.
In Genesis, that is the first book, meaning beginning..it says clearly why a woman has labor pains.

After Adam and Eve sinned (disobeyed God)...Adam and Eve were cursed to die, a physical death, so we know that is true, since everyone dies..and Adam was cursed to labor the land, by the sweat of his brow...which is why we all have to make a living these days...and Eve, oh Eve, she was cursed to have labor pains, because she said to Adam, eat of this apple, since satan gave her that idea. And God said, I will bring forth pain, in your childbearing, you will labor, but you will also be with joy once labor is gone.

God made man in his own image, meaning man does have a spirit, whether he knows it or not.
Even the earth is cursed, and moans,..also written in the book, which is why we have rain from above, instead of mist from the ground, and why we have turbulent weather.

Paradise, as they knew it was now gone, they were evicted from the garden.

Nope, not a fairy tale, if you really read the bible, it will be opened to you.
Just like when you read a book, or listen to someones view, sometimes you dont see the point they are trying to make, unless you see if from another angle....kinda, like, gee I never thought of it that way.
And we have all done that many times.
As for all men being pigs, well thats means your father is included, and all your family members, being male.
Selfish, how many days can you count back that YOU were not selfish..think hard!

God has nothing to do with your labour pains. Your body does that. Why do women go through labour? Because their bodies are capable of having babies. Men were not biologically made to have them. And yes, I agree with you that men try to make us believe they get labour pains. Of course it's false.
I rest my case. Women have all the power! As for men being pigs, well....., it takes men too, to be fathers to these babies. I really sympathise with you.

When God created man and women he told them to reproduce themselves. The women was not suppose to give labour with pain. When Adam and Eve disobeyed God and ate the forbidden fruit theirs eyes were opened and they had the choice between choosing the good or bad. In order for God to punish them he took Adam and Eve out of the Eden. Then he told man that he would have to work the land and the women would give labour with pain. The snake lost its ability to walk and everyone was punished in a way. God is not sexist. In his eyes males and females are the same. In Gods eyes we have no sex. We are like the angels in heaven.

There is a reasoning mind in there somewhere :-) .......God's been on permanent holiday since his creation fiasco ! Why on earth did he bother "bodge-ing together" woman from one of adam's ribs (bet adam felt that ! ) Why did he not just create woman as perfectly as he had adam ! ........He was in a hurry and p*ssed at adams ingratitude....so woman was created to be moody every month (so adam would regret asking for a companion) and women have to suffer their less than perfect biology (secondhand ribs are not a great building block) and as God then decided to sneak off,woman was left to repeat the creation process,so in effect childbirth and the pain is your own fault (freewill and all that cr*p) Man suffers more because he has to listen and take the blame for even suggesting he needed a companion in the first place.....maybe God was a woman and he asked at the wrong time !! ....maybe she changed her mind because Eve had better hair,looks,nails and got bitchy and thats why you suffer .....maybe God is a WOMAN

The ONLY reason woman have to go through the pain of labor,is because Eve and Adam SINNED against God's command not to eat the fruit of the Tree of Good and Evil.You and every woman since have had to pay the price for that sin. It is a consequence of disobedience.Man's price was having to work for a living (and dealing with his wife,during pregnancy).
And yes God describes Himself as male.
And if men are pig's that makes women SOWS. OINK OINK!
