Digital SLR cameras generally do not offer Live Preview of pictures from an LCD screen as DSLRs usually emphasize on high quality pictures while previews from LCD screens are usually not as accurate as a viewfinder.

The following (from Wikipedia) are examples of DSLR cameras with Live Preview but none with a "pop out and swivel around" feature as far as I know:
Canon EOS-1D Mark III, Canon EOS-1Ds Mark III, Canon EOS 40D, Nikon D3, Nikon D300, Olympus E-330, Olympus E-410, Olympus E-510, Olympus E-3, Panasonic Lumix DMC-L1, Panasonic Lumix DMC-L10 and Leica Digilux 3

The type of screen you want is usually available on lower-end point and shoot digital cameras. As the above poster mentioned, some DSLR-like cameras offer this function, here are some examples:

The only DSLR that has a pop out lcd screen is the new Olympus E3

I think that is rare because that is not what most of the DSLR cameras use for composing pictures. The viewfinder is for that purpose so a fancier LCD screen is not worth the effort.
