Im using ImgBurn to make copies of all my games, and daemon tools to mount the image so i dont have to hunt around for the discs every time i want to play them. Some work fine ( mainly the older ones) but others dont. They install fine, but when i mount the play disc, it still says "PLease insert play disk) or a similar message. I believe this is because the mounted image is actually a few megabytes smaller than the actual cd. I think its just compression, because it installs fine and no files seem to be missing. But the game wont play unless the disk is the size it's supposed to be (some sort of security measure no doubt). Does anyone know of any settings in Imgburn that will retain the exact disk size, or any other freeware programs that will do it?

It's NOT the disk size. It's the program detecting that you don't have the original disk inserted. It's smart like that. It's not your disk image's fault. It doesn't bypass copy protection, nor is it supposed to.
