My internet is pretty fast, but I can't download files over 50 mb because it stops in between the download! I can browse fine, or use torrents, but when downloading from Internet Explorer I can't download large files because my internet keeps disconnecting and reconnecting again!

How do I make my internet stable?

Im using wired internet and although I can use flashget, If I play online games its very unstable and lag spikes are frequent. (Not graphics problem, fps normally is very high)

Are you using wireless internet. It could be that your connection briefly cuts out every so many minutes. Try to move to a spot with better reception or restart the router then. If you are wired then the issue could be difficult identify. Could be your OS, your router (or hub/switch/or none), the cable,...

Change ISP... or use a download manager. I use Internet Download Manager. It is really good and let you download videos from Youtube and others...

get a program called flashget. it will re-connect ur download when it cuts off. it also connects up to five times to insure a stable connection.
