Actually the most popular month is August, believe it or not. If you want to save money do not plan your wedding around a Holiday. Floral prices go up and the venues are not as available as well.

Christmas is popular because of family and friends being around to celebrate the holidays. It's romantic in the sense of all the love and warmth that exist during the holiday season.

You can have it inside or outside depending on the weather and your preference. The wedding attire can have long sleeves or you can wear gloves.

Think of it as getting married in a wintery wonderland.

The season of your wedding will depend on the area and the type of wedding you are going to have. First of all, I would pick a couple of dates around the year that may be a good time for your wedding. Then look up the weather conditions on that date last year. This is what we did for our outdoor fall wedding and it was a great help.

Once you have that information you can easily decide the type of wedding you would like, the time of day, and other details.

Other than that, if you are staying on a budget, Spring is the time of year to avoid. Spring is wedding season and facilities, rentals, and other wedding necessities are priced much higher than other times of the year.

One way to avoid spring prices is to purchase most of your items (dress, decorations, ect.) during any other time of the year.

Many people select winter and Christmas for their wedding for many reasons. The idea of having friends and family near is extremely attractive and so is the imagery of warm rooms decorated with gold, silver, red, and white. The down side of a Christmas wedding is the strain it can put on guests. The timing, for a lot of people, is not ideal. Besides the holidays, the winter is when many areas send out property tax bills, heating prices rise, ect. This may make the guests unable to purchase gifts or afford travel and the time off work.

Personally I have been a winter bride more than once, and I still think that May or June are the perfect times if you are planning an outdoor wedding. October is nice since it usually isn't too cold and you will most likely have lovely colors for backgrounds for your pictures. A wedding is only as cheap as you want to make it, doesn't matter when you get married! Congratulations

It's all a matter of personal taste, but June is the official 'wedding' month. February is a HUGE time to wed as well due to Valentine's Day. Here in Las Vegas, it's the most popular time to get married hands down. My parents were married in mid December. Most weddings are a mixture of indoors & outdoor activity, depending on where you live or get married. I'm where it's nice year round.

It actually depends on your likes and dislikes. If you like a winter wedding you could go for that. Inside would be nice. You can wear winter accents to go with your attire. In my opinion, the spring or summer would be nice. It's very beautiful and warm around that time. All flowers are in bloom and. The attire you pick to wear can be very sophisticated and sexy. Or what you desire would be great. An outdoor wedding would so lovely.

I like the idea of having a wedding near the holidays. It is a very festive time of year and a wedding just makes it all the more fun!

Springtime, when everything is new is the best time! Christmas could be romantic, but it's a wedding, should be romantic whenever it is!
I think Sept. is a very common month to be married.

Most popular months are from about april to September.
I think September/October is a great time. Kinda warm weather and not too many people on vacation.
