I haven't tried it yet, but it looks like the right size worm for wacky worm fishing....I intended this to be a serious question , but if goes otherwise,... I'll pull it..

To be completly honest, I once had a customer who tried it on a Bay fishing party boat, and it worked!
Some kid was fishing with their parents and begged the entire trip to use a gummi worm as bait. Finally towards the end of the trip, the Dad finally said he would to keep his son happy, but no one thought he would catch anything.
It wasn't long before he pulled up a nice sized gafftop on that gummie worm.
The next day I had some customer with kids again who had gummie worms, and I told them about what had happened with the guy catching a fish on the gummie worm, One of the kids put one on and sometime took his worm. Probably a crab got it, but still a few things liked them.
I wouldn't do it seriously though, it was more of a joke thing that just worked out well.

A friend was fishing Lake Simpco in Canada and run out of bait, they started using Gummy bears. They caught 24 Perch, all 3 pounds in 30 minutes.

I tried a swedish fish the other night. No bites. But it was a very slow night for fishing. I don't think we pulled anything in. So i am going to keep some in the tackle box and try it again while the fish are biting. The fish may not like the sugar though.

I sold gummi worms in my shops and I had one guy come in and his son wanted to use them so he bought a few.Several hours later he comes in with his son and a bucket with bass an bluegill in it all caught on gummi worms. So I said hey I will try it and I have taken many of bass on them and for gills I use them in chunks.

I did when i was a kid and had no success, they just go into a slimy ball on the hook, and did not catch anything, stick to the artificial worms if i was you.
