In my experience I've found that women like to hear compliments that only apply to them. Doesn't have to be about appearance either, but if you notice something special about HER that is pretty rare, and compliment her on it, it'll make her feel great. Just don't compliment girls TOO much, it'll mean less, and you'll look like a pushover.

Obviously we don't want to hear that kind of "compliment". How about something more perceptive that shows you notice her? It doesn't always have to be about the way she looks either. Compliment her on an attitude, ability, or her treatment of others (or you) once in a while.

hahah chyeahh..... don't say that! but umm... not "ur so hott!" instead, "u are so beautiful" or "pretty" or "you look nice" ..... something along those lines. its not that girls always hafta think that they are gorgeous, but that u took the time to notice the outfit that they spend 2 hours putting together, or their hair, which they just get styled/cut a few hours ago..... pay attention to little things, and it will make all the difference=]

Compliment a girl on her personality. Like...
"Your laugh makes me smile."
"Your soul is so beautiful."
"Your so unique! I like it!"
and so on.
Also telling a girl she looks great is also good.
"Your eyes are amazing!"
"Your skin is so soft."
"You fit perfectly in my arms."
"Your beautiful."
Make up a few, try them on some random girls. See how they like them. Every girl is different but saying good things about a girls personality, eyes, skin and hair are probably the best place to start.

3) Compliment on her Fashion Sence
4) Focus on her best / attractive part (Like hair, Eyes, Lips, hand) & compliment again & Again

Let her know you enjoy conversations with her. Tell her she's different (not in a bad way, in a good way. Different to anyone you've ever talked to). Maybe end your conversations with "Bye, beautiful.".

The example you gave is horrible.
I would NEVER say that to a girl.
Say stuff like " You're gorgeous"
"You look really skinny in them jeans"
etc.
