I woke up and was able to get out of bed without assistance, I can see, I can hear, I can walk , I can eat my food wihout needing to be fed, I can type on the computer without device assistance, I'm truly blessed to be healthy physically and I thank God for that - I was a nurse for years and I forget at times that good health is the greatest gift of all, not money or how much we own, etc.!!!! Blessings to you!

As you're asking this in the first aid section then it has to be that I actually got to see a carol concert this evening without having to miss part of it whilst treating someone unlike the one I went to last week. Yes I'm a trained first aider with St John Ambulance.
