right hi i have put my self on a diet which i start 2moz where i am not allowed to take fizzy juice and sugar(like chocolate etc) and also try and minimize the amount of chinese take out i have does this sound okay to start with?
also whats the best way to help get over the craving for them especailly when am on my period
and yes i do need 2 diet cause my food intake is terible and i kno that plus i think am starting to become obese(last weighed which was last month i weight 14st i am 5.6 and aged 19(will be 20 in may) no bad comments plz
also ways to enjoy my meals like any good recipies would be good plz thanx for ur help
also i have 2 watch my fiber and iron count
plus most of my weight gain was also because of letting myself eat anything when i was pregnant(my son is just turned 4months)
also i am rather pickky with food i dont like food that doesnt have any flavour
