So many unknowns, it's hard to tell you the best approach. Do you know this kid at all? Do you have anything in common?
It's really not much different than starting a conversation with any of your friends. Go up, say hi. Ask him a few questions about himself, tell him a story that relates to something he answers. You'll most likely land a friend if not something more... Just be friendly and don't be fake.

Just be yourself and try not to be nervous first of all. Then you should find something interesting to say when you know you are going to approach him. And take it from there if he looks or seems like he is having a hard time talking to you he evidently likes you too!! I wish you the best of luck and i hope this helped i am a little rusty!!! (smile)

its got to be flirty...but not so flirty that it gets annoying...
my friends come to me all the time for advice...i mean i get guys to like me even if they have girlfriends...lol its likd of funny...i mean im not trying to brag for anything im just saying that what ever i tell you will work if you do it without being nervous
ok if you and that guy are at that stage where you barely know each other, then you might want to do some things to make him notice you, like bump into him 'by accient'....but it has to look like an accident....
what i did once was come up to a guy i liked and just like hug him like i would do to another guy friend and once he turns around i say 'omg i thought you were someone else...im so sry'....i know it sounds stupid but it actually works...if he doesnt have a gf...and you always have to look pretty when you do it and have a flirty voice when you say it...
ok now if you know the guy a bit more and you alredy talk, then just be a little more flirty until he get to your level, and then get more flirty, then wait for him....if you know what i mean, it kinda hard to explain....but eventually, he will like you more and more and it will get easier to talk to him and be around him. you will know you are making progress when he starts saying hi in the halls and doing more than he used to
the only thing is not to be nervous, u have to show him that you have the courage to approach him and not be scared so he knows he wont have to be the only one to make the moves and everyhting...you need to make him comfortable to mke the first move. dont babble. dont make stupid jokes. dont stay quiet so there is an awkward moment. keep talking about something even if it is like about a teacher you dont like or somthing. you will eventually have something to talk about that is more interesting and maybe you guys will plan to hang out on a weekend...(ooo)...you will do fine, trust me. email me if you need anyhting else =)...good luck!

found out what he is interested in, and go up to him and start talking about it. music, sports, whatever. Just dont be nervous, the more confident you act the more the boy will respond, if you have to fake the confidence, think of talking to him is like talking to your best friend.

OK listen, if your gonna talk to a boy you really like....then don't be scared...deff like go up to him introduce your self an what not...but don't act shy cause guys notice that and you wanna show him your sense of humor!but you deff don't want to seem immature...so watch the jokes....hope this works for you!

try talking to some of your friends that may know him and ask what he likes. Try to see if you also like the same thing or
if you dont try looking up the stuff or sumthing or justr say hi.
I have tons og guy friends and they are laid-back and would talk about practically anything.
So just try being friendly and funny.

simple realy it isnt that scarey if you are confident and relaxed, he will be to joke around and compliment him. get on to a subject that you know hes interested in like cars or footy or whatever and act interested! remember boys arent aliens you just gotta understand how they think
