Desperation. Take a sociology class and you will learn. Many studies have been done and they have shown that people with lower incomes and education have more kids.
They dont see much in thier future for whatever reasons (stupidity, lack of cash flow, lack of personal drive, etc.) so the only thing they are capable of is having kids. More "richer" people have less kids because they have a career, they are attending school, and enjoy the finer things in life so they limit thier children. Sounds crazy, but thats the truth (according to all my sociology professors)
Also, poverty is passed on. If one family is poor and has a lot of kids, chances are thier children will live similar lives. There are exceptions, but that seems to be the trend.
That is just one factor. There are many reasons why but some get too "deep" sociologicaly speaking. It wold take all night to explain it to some people on here.

What if they were in a financially stable place when they got pregnant and circumstances changed after the child was born? I have 3 children, and I was a teen mother, but I finished HS took vocational classes and worked FT. My husband works as well. However, I recently have been having medical problems that prevent me from being able to work, so does that mean I should not have had the kids I had because I am having a tough time supporting them now? No, that is what the programs like TANF and Food Stamps were created for, no doubt they are being abused though. Yes I agree that there are lazy good for nothing people that do nothing but sit at home and pop out babies for a bigger check each month, my neighbor is one. Please don't clump all women into this category though, yes I receive aid from the state, but it is not because I am lazy or stupid. My husband still works but being sole support for a family of five is not easy. You are right in saying love does not pay the bills or buy food, but it does help get you through the tough times, and everybody has been through a tough time or two. I just resent being clumped into the lowlife, good for nothing. lazy whore category when i am none of those things, and I am sure there are others just like me. When you assume, you just end up making an a*s*s out of you and me.

well some religions dont believe in birth control or abortions, some people dont either, or they are just to stupid or in the heat of the moment dont use protection. some parents think its horrible to put a child up for adoption to. so thats why i think. o n some people get money from the state or something for every kid they have or illegal immagrants n what not so more kids can equal more money.

I hate that this travesty is only blamed on the women. What about the guys that go around getting girl after girl pregnant and not supporting their kids?

I have a large family, when I deliver in a couple months, I'll have 8 kids. 5 of them are adopted. (if that matters) Me and my husband aren't on any welfarte of any kind, and once my twins are born we still won't qualify. I agree with what you say, I don't like my money supporting bums and junkies, but please don't single all of us out.

The ones that are poor and keep popping them out are too lazy to keep taking birth control. If they meet certain criteria they can get free birth control at Planned Parenthood. Welfare doesn't increase the amount after the 2nd child, so the same amount you get for 2 kids you have to use to feed, clothe, house 5-6 kids, or however many they have.

when i first read your question before clicking on it, my answer was about to be, "because the men can't have kids". after reading your details, my answer is because:
a.) they sleep with so many guys and get pregnant and then don't "believe" in killing a child in abortion...when they are literally starving their child
b.) they think they can take care of the child when they really can't
c) they are all blondes
