um... youre lucky if shes still your girlfriend. you should never have pressured her to do something if she wasnt ready for it.

OK first of all you cant force someone to do anything they dont want to do and if you claim to have "forced" her to sleep with you, then you raped her, which is a whole other thing. All you can do is tell her how you feel and you wish it hadnt happened like that and if she still wants to be with you, great, if not, let her go

It is most effective to apologize by truly understanding her point of view. You need to see how she felt about the whole thing as she saw it.
If you can honestly do this, things are probably going to work out because you will never do such a thing again.
Her point of view is going to be based on your violation of her trust in you. Really think this one through and then share exactly what you understand from her point of view.
It worked for me and we are still married twenty-eight years later.

If you really are sorry, you have to tell her just that. She shouldn't have felt pressured to share that part of herself with you. If you love her, and care, you won't force her to do anything else, and let her choose for herself what she gives away to you. I do admire that you want to make things right, though. Good luck =]

ur an idiot for doing that. you should leave her. because now she may have the wrong idea about you and think so much different of you. but if she stayed with you after that she's an idiot too. so maybe u do belong together. thats a hard one to apologize an recover from
